Final 2012 Slammer Tour Results

The Slammer Tour concluded it's 2012 season yesterday at the Canadian Golf & Country Club. 50 Slammers participated in the final event of the season after a dramatic "November Run for #1" which contained a playoff like format to get into the top four to control their own destiny at the final event.

The 2012 season contained 271 regular Slammer Tour events, the annual Ryder Cup style Commish's Cup, season long Tour Championships, Slammers vs golf course challenges and plenty more.

Throughout the season, every time a Slammer three-putts he/she contributes fifty cents to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Eastern Ontario. The season long total through the Slammer Tour is $4,172. We combine this with our Executive Golf events and the Ottawa Sun Scramble and present the total contribution at the year-end awards ceremony, the Slammies, which takes place on Friday December 7th at Falcon Ridge Golf Club
